M. Harris Management Authority: Is primarily responsible for all Commercial/Residential Operation.

COERT (Central Oklahoma Emergency Response Teams): Is primarily responsible for the State of Oklahoma Emergency Response Operations when requested by the State of Oklahoma Emergency Response Operations Authorities within the possibility of InterState OutReach Emergency Response Operations.

NERT (National Emergency Response Teams): Is primarily responsible for the United States  Emergency Response Operation when requested by Federal Authorities (FEMA) within the possibility of InterNational OutReach Emergency Response Operations.
