Frank Marrone;
 The original re-creator of the 23rd PVI (re-enactment group). Frank worked day and night for the past 11 years to re-create the 23rd to its original values and to strict restrict political affairs within the group.
  Frank resigned in July 2007 due to personal reasons and turned the 23rd PVI over the Lewis & Harris Foundation. The 23rd is still "Frank's Baby".
